Our client, who operates globally and works in partnership with over 500 multinational companies in the process, power, transportation and energy sectors, and is one of the world’s leading engineering and risk consultancies, with over 1200 employees around the world, due to their  continued expansion programmes have a requirement for a Senior Nuclear Safety Engineer/Manager. This is Contract or Staff Position depending on your preference for employment status. The Duration is a minimum of 3 years and the Rates/Salary are Negotiable as is your choice of location: Derby, Glasgow or Bristol. You will of course, on occasions, be expected to travel to other sites within the UK. Qualifications: A good Honours Degree in related discipline. Must have Chartered Status or be close to achieving it and 10yrs plus nuclear safety experience, preferably within a naval background (either navy or dockyards). You will have experience of (modern standards) safety case authoring and be able to project manage safety case work. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work individually and manage project teams, be self motivated and work to the highest standards required and also be able to demonstrate good client relationships.
