Our client, based in Chepstow requires an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Process Engineeer.
Main Purpose of Job: To be responsible for the mechanical process engineering of high value capital equipment within a project team from order acceptance to delivery, ensuring that specification, cost and time requirements are met.
Have an understanding of the latest technical developments in process valves, pipe work and instrumentation. Be able to show knowledge and experience of compliance with relevant legislation including PER and ATEX.
Work may involve travel within the U.K. & Abroad to attend and participate in Client Bid Clarification.
Ensure work is of a high quality, is completed to deadlines, and documented in compliance with the company's (ISO 9001) quality standards.
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel. Knowledge and ability in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
