Our client, Based in Didcot, Oxfordshire requires a Maintenance Technical Coordinator
Job Purpose:
1. Be responsible for justification of maintenance activities within departments.
2. Prepare reports on maintenance as required for the Maintenance Managers and the Maintenance Authority.
3. Assist in the development and instigate a system of trend analysis for maintenance activities carried out.
4. Be responsible for reporting trend information as required by the Maintenance Authority and advise maintenance managers of the findings and assist them in making best use of the findings.
5. Advise Maintenance Managers and the Maintenance Authority on the adequacy of maintenance instructions and risk assessments in place.
6. Advise and assist the Maintenance Managers with the implementation of systems and procedures necessary to address changes in RSRL standards and legislation.

Desirable Aptitudes and Experience
1. Ideally qualified to HNC in engineering discipline, with 5 years experience in maintenance and supervision
2. You should be able to show the ability IT skills (word, excel) and be able to produce reports, gap analysis of process equipment / building services equipment.
3. Experience in using a Computerised Maintenance Management System.
4. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills for dealing with site Maintenance managers and other Maintenance Technical co-ordinators.
5. A good understanding of Writing Technical instruction, FMECA (Fault Mode Effect Cause Analysis), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and maintenance strategies
6. A proactive approach and experience of working in a team and of being an effective team player
Specific Features

- Be a member of the Maintenance Improvement Group (MIG)
- Be a member of working groups formed to improve the effectiveness maintenance on site.
- Prepare reports on maintenance as required for the Maintenance Managers and the Maintenance Authority.
- Be responsible for the implementation of the RSRL maintenance action plan within the departments.
