Apex Technical Services offers a total recruitment service for both Permanent & Contract employment, this includes:-

• Source suitable candidates – We have a database of over 31,000 Candidates. If we are unable to find the relevant candidates from our own database then we will source candidates through on-line and newspaper advertising and in some cases, head-hunting. 
• Interview Candidates - Before we submit any CV’s to you, all candidates are interviewed by our experienced Recruitment Consultants either face to face or on the telephone, as it is not always logistically possible for them to come to us due to work committments etc. 
• Candidate Selection - Only when we are satisfied they are the most suitable candidates for your vacancy do we submit their CV’s to you.
• Our aim – is to make your candidate selection process simpler, we do not offer the machine gun approach to recruitment, so you will only receive upto a maximum of 5 CV’s for any position.
• Once you have selected the candidates for interview we will make the necessary arrangements and write to you confirming the details.
• We can check Candidates References if you so wish.
• Once you have selected the candidate(s) you wish to offer the position to we will then pass on any relevant personal information so you can make them a written job offer.

• The sourcing of Candidates is as above as is the interview procedure.
• Once you have selected the candidate(s) you wish to offer the position to we will agree the Charge Rate with you; this is usually inclusive of National Insurance Contributions and Holiday Pay for the Contractor. Then all relevant confirmation paperwork will be sent to you.
• We pay the contractor weekly and we invoice yourself weekly (payment due 28 days after the date of the invoice) for the hours stated on the timesheet we receive from the contractor which will have been signed by you or a representative of your company.
